Whales breach for a breath of fresh air in Newfoundland and Labrador

With 22 different species frequenting our shores, Newfoundland and Labrador is one of the most spectacular whale watching locations in the world. Between May and September, these whales can be seen breaching the surface of the water and playing along the shore. Catching a single glimpse is an awesome experience whether it's during a boat tour, sea kayaking or hiking a coastal trail.
